Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Booking any appointment at The Society Collective confirms your agreement to the following policies. ⸻ DEPOSIT + BOOKING POLICY • ALL deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. • Deposits are required to secure your appointment and reflect the time and preparation invested in each client service. • Deposits may be transferred to another service upon request, at the full discretion of your artist. • Deposits are not transferable between services and training classes. • If you cancel and wish to rebook under a new promotion or special, your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. ⸻ LATE POLICY • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Please be respectful of our time and other scheduled clients. ⸻ RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION • To reschedule without losing your deposit, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in a $50 rebooking fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service total. • Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit. After that, full payment will be required to rebook. ⸻ NO-CALL / NO-SHOW • Any no-call/no-show will be charged in full and must receive approval to book future services. ⸻ PRICING POLICY • Prices are locked in at the time of booking. Promotions or discounts released after you’ve booked will not be applied. • If you cancel to take advantage of a new offer, your existing deposit is forfeited. ⸻ CONSULTATION REQUIRED IF YOU: • Are unsure which technique is best for you • Have previous permanent makeup or tattoo work • Have specific scheduling needs not shown online • Have medical conditions that could affect results • Need more detailed information prior to booking ⸻ PERMANENT MAKEUP PRE-SCREENING + ELIGIBILITY The following conditions require direct approval before booking any brow or lip PMU procedure: If you book without being pre-qualified, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Contact: (304) 926 9882 YOU MUST BE APPROVED IF YOU: • Have previous permanent makeup, microblading, or cosmetic tattooing • Are currently pregnant (absolutely no exceptions) • Are breastfeeding (doctor approval strongly recommended) • Are diabetic (must be controlled and require doctor clearance) • Have received Botox within the last 2 weeks • Have any of the following: • Skin conditions: eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis in the brow area • Keloid scarring or prone to keloids • Excessively dry or oily skin • Sunburn or windburn • Recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or microdermabrasion (must wait 2–3 weeks) • Pain sensitivity or phobia of needles • Hypertension or high blood pressure (must be stabilized) ⸻ PRE-APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES To ensure the best results and proper pigment retention: Avoid the following before your procedure: 1. Alcohol or caffeine for at least 24 hours 2. Blood thinners (aspirin, Advil, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil) for 72 hours • Tylenol is okay 3. Facial waxing within 48 hours (threading or tweezing is okay) 4. Arrive with natural, unaltered brows—avoid filling them in
